Wellbeing Made Simple
WELCOME TO WILD ORANGE
Wild Orange School of Wellbeing is a doorway, an invitation to take the first step to live well, live differently. It is not a cure, it is an opportunity to make small changes every day to start a process of personal inquiry, personal recovery, slowing down, learning to say yes to yourself.
The school of wellbeing applies a model which looks at all of you, the whole person. Mind, body, spirit, emotional, connection and work. An adaptation of the National Wellness Institute six dimensions of wellness.
Only by taking time to look at your whole life, your habits, what you do to support yourself physically and mentally, your relationships, social connection and how you spend your time in either employment, study or another endeavor. Everything is connected.
All contribute to living well when one is out of balance, everything else is too. Deep down you may know what isn’t working for you but going it alone can be hard, where to start is hard so let’s make it easier.
What you need to bring, commitment, patience, practice and a willingness to learn and change.
The school of wellbeing starts with the breath, your foundation, then moves into understanding neuroplasticity and habits, mindfulness and meditation, the importance of sleep, and other tools like food as medicine, journaling and the power of gratitude.
Wild Orange, invites you to take one step.
Welcome. xo
