Breathe to Be is a foundational series which provides easy to follow breathing exercises for improved sleep, release stress and anxiety, enhanced creativity and overall health and wellbeing.

This series provides

  • A digital workbook which takes you on a breath journey, supporting you to understand the link between breathing and emotions, the impact on your nervous system and the overall benefits of breathing well. A breath toolkit is also included with each breath exercise explained along with what it is good for
  • The Breathe to Be card deck – postcard sized versions of the breathing exercises to take on the go or place on your desk.
  • Audio of each breath exercise for you to follow
  • A selection of Breathe to Be videos – follow me in person as I guide you through a range of breath exercises
